Q:App 找不到我的 Tesla?
請確認:① 車輛已喚醒(可輕觸車門把手);② 手機藍牙已開啟;③ 已授予藍牙與位置權限(Android);④ 輸入的 VIN 碼正確(共 17 碼)。
Q:連線後速度不更新?
請嘗試點選狀態列的「重連」按鈕。若問題持續,可點選「解除配對」後重新配對。
Q:配對需要 Tesla 帳號嗎?
不需要。TeraScreen 透過藍牙直接與車輛通訊,不需要 Tesla 帳號或網路連線。首次配對需準備實體鑰匙卡在車內感應授權。
Q:如何取消訂閱?
iOS:前往「設定」→「Apple ID」→「訂閱」→選擇 TeraScreen 取消。Android:前往 Google Play → 「訂閱」→選擇 TeraScreen 取消。
Q:換手機後如何還原訂閱?
開啟 App 後進入「設定」→「移除廣告」區段,點選「還原訂閱」即可。
Q:支援哪些 Tesla 車型?
所有支援 BLE 的 Tesla 車型均可使用,包含 Model 3、Model Y、Model S、Model X(需車輛韌體支援 BLE 金鑰功能)。

FAQ

Q: The app can't find my Tesla?
Please check: ① The vehicle is awake (touch the door handle); ② Bluetooth is enabled on your phone; ③ Bluetooth and location permissions are granted (Android); ④ The VIN you entered is correct (17 characters).
Q: Speed isn't updating after connecting?
Tap the "Reconnect" button in the status bar. If the issue persists, tap "Unpair" and re-pair the vehicle.
Q: Do I need a Tesla account?
No. TeraScreen communicates directly with your vehicle over Bluetooth and requires no Tesla account or internet connection. A physical key card is needed inside the car for the initial pairing authorization.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → select TeraScreen and cancel. Android: Open Google Play → Subscriptions → select TeraScreen and cancel.
Q: How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open the App, go to Settings → Remove Ads section, and tap "Restore Purchase".
Q: Which Tesla models are supported?
All BLE-capable Tesla models are supported, including Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X (requires vehicle firmware with BLE key support).
